At Roll Gear LLC, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident ordering from us. Please review the policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Made-to-Order Items
Most Roll Gear products are made to order after you purchase. As a result, returns and refunds are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, except where required by law.
We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Size Exchanges (One Time)
We understand sizing isn’t always perfect. We allow one (1) size exchange per order under the conditions below:
To qualify for a size exchange:

The request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

Item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition

No odors, stains, pet hair, or damage
Exchange terms:

Size exchanges are limited to the same product/design (size change only)

Customer is responsible for return shipping to us/our production partner

We will ship the replacement once the returned item is received and approved

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternative resolution at our discretion
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue (and packaging if damaged)
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation and item availability.
Refunds
Because items are made to order, refunds are issued at Roll Gear LLC’s discretion (except where required by law).
If a refund is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days (your bank may take longer)
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error (wrong/damaged/defective item).
Not Eligible (Unless Damaged/Defective/Incorrect)
The following are not eligible for return/refund:

Worn, washed, or used items

Items with stains, odors, pet hair, or damage not due to defect
